Questions from wind bands
Yes. You create one association with a group for, say, the main band, the youth band and the percussion group. Members can be in more than one group, and you pay one subscription for the whole association.
Add the piece with all its parts to Orchesi and give the section access, for example all clarinets. You can also give access through a setlist or a concert. Access through a concert ends by itself a day after the concert.
You pay €0.15 per active member per month, with a maximum of €16.95 per month including VAT. From 113 active members, you never pay more than €16.95 a month. Guest musicians don’t count.
Yes. You can upload parts as PDF, JPG or PNG today. We are working on a feature to import sheet music directly from Google Drive, OneDrive and Dropbox, so you can move your whole library in one go.
Yes, although for now you add instruments one by one in the web app. For each instrument you record the type, serial number, purchase date and status, and assign it to a member. From then on you see at a glance who has which instrument, and you keep track of maintenance and damage.
