Questions from fanfare bands
Yes. You pay per active member, so with 30 members you pay €4.50 a month. The first 3 months are free, no payment details needed, and you can cancel monthly.
Yes. Add tasks to an event, such as transport, setting up or making the coffee, with the number of people you need. So you see who does what.
Yes. Members can also use Orchesi in their browser at orchesi.app, on a computer or tablet. Notifications on a phone need the app.
Yes, although for now you add instruments one by one in the web app. For each instrument you record the type, serial number, purchase date and status, and assign it to a member. From then on you see at a glance who has which instrument, and you keep track of maintenance and damage.
No, but it helps. Members can use the free Orchesi app for iOS and Android, or sign in in the browser at orchesi.app. Notifications and reminders on your phone need the app. The web version is especially convenient for board members when handling administrative tasks.
