Yes. Create a group for the drum band in your association, with its own sections and its own agenda. Members who also play in the band see all their events in one agenda.
Members reply going, not going or maybe, within the response deadline you choose. For each event you see straight away who’s coming, and members get an automatic reminder.
Yes. Invite a stand-in as a guest for one or more events. Their access ends by itself after the last event, and guests don’t count towards the price.
Yes, although for now you add instruments one by one in the web app. For each instrument you record the type, serial number, purchase date and status, and assign it to a member. From then on you see at a glance who has which instrument, and you keep track of maintenance and damage.
No. The association pays for the subscription, the app is free for members.
